Staff wellbeing and mental health in the workplace is more important than ever. We acknowledge the hard work and dedication shown by  staff who work in our school. St Mary’s, as part of the BKCAT, recognises the importance of wellbeing to everyone across our school including children, parents and staff.

Working in education can be fast paced, ever changing and challenging, so it is essential for the staff at St Mary’s to feel happy, supported and understood. Should anyone experience any difficulties, the leadership team are always on hand to listen and signpost staff to relevant agencies if needed. The Academy Council regularly ensure the wellbeing of senior leaders is discussed as an agenda item during meetings.
